Blogging/wiki workshop at TIES
I had the pleasure of presenting a full-day workshop on Saturday at the TIES Conference. The session, Introducing the Read-Write Web: Weblogs, Wikis, and RSS, has an accompanying wiki that we used to track questions and resources that were mentioned during the workshop. I very much enjoyed your presentation on Saturday. I learned a lot more about blogging, podcasting and RSS. You kept the class moving at a good pace, but still gave us enough time to try things, find things on our own.
I’ve been reading blogs for about 4 months now – I started after a workshop that John Pederson put on for us teachers here in the “North Country”. I have read yours before, but now you’re officially on “my list”! Who knows – I think that I might start my own! (The website I gave you in the reply here is just my “static” school site – but none-the-less, it’s mine – so I put in in the reply boxes.)
